Carpet Steam Cleaning
For many homes, steam cleaning offers an economical and effective means of keeping carpets beautiful, clean, and in good repair. We remove as much dirt as possible with a powerful commercial vacuum unit, then use steam to gently lift grease and grime from the carpet fiber. Using steam means the carpet will dry more quickly than water extraction methods, so there is less chance of damaging the underlying floor structure, and you’ll be able to return to your normal routines sooner.
Dry Carpet Cleaning
Dry carpet cleaning is sometimes needed for situations where the carpet may not be colorfast, the material is delicate, or there is wood flooring beneath. Instead of steam, a safe, effective cleaning solution is applied to the carpet to gently remove soil and stains, then the solution is extracted, leaving very little moisture behind, and the carpets are completely dry in very little time.
Antimicrobial Carpet Cleaning
Some situations call for not only cleaning, but actually disinfecting carpet, as well. Restaurant dining rooms are one such application, because of the heavy usage, likely spillage and bacterial growth over time. Another common situation that calls for antimicrobial cleaning is after a flood or leak clean-up. Once the flood water is removed and the space has been dried and dehumidified, it’s a good idea to perform an antimicrobial cleaning on the carpet to make sure that mold and mildew can’t grow beneath the carpet unseen.
